The last training plan I did was out of the book "Be Ironfit" by somebody Fink. At 23 wks out (same time we are now), the plan looked like schedule below. We did a BRICK every Wednesday and did another weekday bike. Could you comment on how your plan compares and why there is less biking and no bricks?
M: rest
T: Masters Swim, 1hr run
W: 45min bike, 1/2 run
TH: Masters Swim, 1 hr bike
F: Masters Swim, 1 hr run
Sat: 2hr bike
Sun: 1hr run

It's tough to compare programs. you will all be doing plenty of bricks and I encourage people if time allows to always run prior to swimming and run off the bike any day that works for you
Coach G - for clarification as to the run before swim suggestion... do you mean to do your prescribed run work out just prior to the swim workout?
Or do you mean a mini run prior to swimming in addition to the prescribed run?
do the prescribed run Jim. so if it says.....as an example..... monday : swim AERO and Run 40 mins LT you can do your 40 min LT run then hope straight in the pool and do your swim
